I have been working in the websphere for over 4 years, tinkering away learning in the background what works and what doesn’t.  My background is win32 application development, SQL Server database development and Oracle Database Development.  So I suppose the move was a natural progression on my skill set.

What I am attempting to do with this blog is to impart some of my knowledge in this area so that others don’t have to fall into the same traps as I have.

Most of all have fun, if you don’t enjoy doing something don’t do it.
